A Glimpse at Coach Zenobia’s Annual Physical
At my recent annual doctor’s visit, I was delighted to hear my physician praise the use of Vitamin D3 and its role in helping to reduce my risk of osteopenia, osteoporosis, and fractures. It also benefits the body in the following ways: Affects over 2000 genes Provides protection against type 1 diabetes Reduces risk of some cancers, including breast and prostate cancer Reduces risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke Reduces autoimmunity, including multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease/ rheumatoid arthritis (RA); and Supports immune health by improving resistance to infections.
