Prepare for a body reset with a Fresh Start
From time to time, we find that our bodies require an overhaul or re-setting. Over indulging, which most often occurs during the holiday seasons, taxes our bodies with extra poundage and toxins. Toxins are unusable products resulting from the metabolism of nutrients, pollutants, pesticides, food additives, medical drugs, and alcohol. Detoxing boosts the body’s natural detoxification system, ridding it of harmful and accumulated toxins. Peace for today
Author and speaker, Sheila Walsh unveils that God is the one who is in control. We are not. He is the one who gives us the wisdom, courage, and strength to live peacefully and peace-filled days, even among the daily chaos and personal challenges. My goal is that, together, we might find more confidence and strength for our individual journeys. Last week’s podcast presented a woman who had suffered years of emotional abuse and the biblical prophet Elijah, who stretched and pulled, learned that a good rest and nourishing food was what was needed to allow him to recover and gain perspective.
